Do you offer payment plans?
We require 50% of the agreed upon amount paid before we start, and the remaining balance on the day the site goes live or 90 days from the date the contract is originally signed, whichever is sooner. Certain restrictions apply and payments plans are not available on smaller packages, web hosting, and SEO.

How long have you been in business?
We have been designing websites for almost 10 years but recently have started offering our web design services to others.

What areas do you serve?
We work with mainly local clients in East Texas but we also have customers across the US.

How can we pay to get started?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover through Paypal. We also accept Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders.

Are your Web Design costs one time?
Yes, just a one time cost as mentioned on our website for web design. Hosting and domain registration are additional.

Do I have to host with you?
Some special offers require hosting with us. This helps us recover the time spent on design. Most packages do not require hosting with us but if we design a website for you and you host that website with us, we will handle security updates and backups at no extra cost.

Is there an initial consultation?
Yes. All our services begin with a free initial consultation to determine your requirements. We will work closely with you to determine your exact needs, and will complete a detailed design worksheet itemizing all your requirements. This will help us gather information about your company, services, audience, purpose, and site goal.

What about the design proposal?
After you are confident we have addressed all your ideas, questions, and requirements, you can get specific recommendations for your project. We will explain all of your options with the proposed pricing and deliver them to you. Once you choose your options you will receive a formal proposal that contains all of the work you require, prices and payment schedule, and contract.

When do I pay?
We require 50% deposit before starting your work. After the paperwork is signed and faxed or mailed to us, we start the actual design process. At ANY time please contact us about any concerns, questions or comments you have about your project.

Do I send you content?
You will need to provide us with any text, photos, etc. that you want on your website. Providing this in a timely manner helps speed the overall process of getting the website live.

Can I choose what my website looks like?
Sure. We ask you to provide examples of websites you really like, colors you like, and your competitors’ websites. We will also provide you with access to some of our layouts that you can choose from and see if there is one you like. Once you provide that information to us, usually within 3-5 working days, you get the basic layout of what your website will look like when it's completed.

What happens after my website is finished?
After your website is launched, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule of your website. Websites need security updates, backups, etc. When you use our hosting we will take care of those issues at no extra cost.

I found hosting cheaper. Can I use it instead?
Yes. You do not have to use our hosting unless you purchased a special package. You may find hosting a few dollars cheaper every month but they will not guarantee that your website will work with their hosting. We also provide security updates, backups and more at no extra cost when you purchase a web design package and hosting from us.

Can you create a website that is flash based?
We do use some flash elements but prefer clean HTML because search engine optimization.

What is your typical turn around period?
It's difficult to predict an exact turn around time. It's a safe estimate to expect at least a month for your project, though it could be much quicker or slower, depending on your input. Always remember, we can only work as fast as you allow us. Turn around time is dependent on the client. If content is provided sooner, instructions are clear and revisions requested are reasonable, turn around time can significantly be decreased. On the other hand, it could drastically increase due to client in-action, delayed revisions approvals, back and forth change requests, etc.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes, we can easily transfer your old domain name to our servers or register a new one for you.

After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?
Absolutely!  Let us know before we design your website if you wish to manage it yourself. This will help us to make the website easier to manage for you.

Can you create a logo to go with our web site?
Sure we can. Some of our design packages come with logo creation. Usually this is a $150 service. As you can see it saves a lot of money by purchasing a package deal.

I am a small home business, do you work with Individuals?
Yes, we work with big and small businesses, corporations, professionals, home business owners, startups, and even individuals.

Do you design Adult Web sites?
NO.
